Tinned Fish Pairing with the

What you need for the pairing:

- Bottle of 1723's Sparkling Blanc de Blancs
- Tinned fish (we used smoked salmon, sardines in preserved lemon, smoked rainbow trout & tuna in spicy olive oil)
- Salty Chips
- Crackers
- Sweet & Spicy Juanita Peppers

What you need for the pairing:
- Bottle of 1723's Sparkling Blanc de Blancs
- Grilled Oyster (we did oysters with a crispy pancetta, tomato & basil mignonette, see recipe below)
- Tinned fish
- Salty Chips or Crackers
