End of Summer Spritz Bar
Celebrate the end of Summer fun while also keeping it simple!
Olives with Citrus & Fennel (recommended Spritz: Aperol)
Melon, Prosciutto, Burrata & Basil Salad
(recommended Spritz: Hugo)
There's a lot of flexibility with this salad. Choose multiple melons or just one. Go with Burrata or fresh Mozzarella. Toast your prosciutto or not?
Aperol Spritz Veggie Dip
(recommended Spritz: Aperol)

For finishing touches, add parmesan cheese, crispy & salty crackers, marcona almonds, cut veggies.

Make Your Spritz Bar!
Making a Spritz is easy, you really can't mess it up but if you need help, we've got you covered! Spritz Cocktail Book available in our Tasting Room for purchase.
Here are some suggestions for your Spritz Bar:
- Aperol, and other similar liquors (Campari, Lillet, Pimm's, St-Germain)
- Sparkling Josephine White Wine
- Soda Water
- fruits and herbs to garnish with such as sliced oranges, lemons, limes, mint leaves, herbs

Pink PV with Strawberry Brie Cups
For the Strawberry Brie Cups you need:
- Brie Cheese (remove rind)
- 15 Frozen Phyllo Pastry Shells
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
- 3 oz. Fresh Strawberries (chopped into small bites)
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange pastry shells on baking sheet.
Bake until lightly toasted in color, about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat vinegar and sugar in a small skillet over low heat,
stirring until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is bubbling a bit.
Stir in strawberries and cook for about 2 minutes.
Cut brie into small pieces and place into toasted pastry cups then
top with strawberry balsamic mixture.
Return to oven for about 6 to 7 minutes (until cheese is melted).
Then top with fresh cracked pepper. Enjoy with a glass of Pink PV!
